The most important mortality and morbidity causes in diabetic patients are coronary, peripheral cerebral diseases. aim of our study was to noninvasively determine dysfunction epicardial coronary arteries microvascular circulation with measurement flow reserve using transthoracic echocardiography type 2 diabetes despite absence ischemic symptoms, demonstrate the amelioration endothelial functions, glycemic control insulin resistance along increase after 8 weeks regular exercise. 40 diagnosed Istanbul Facuty Medicine, Department Diabetes, who were on follow-up for at least three years due diabetes, without symptoms 20 healthy subjects took part study.
